A relaxing experience
First day: Visit of the archaeological site and Museum of Delphi (as in “DELPHI – ONE DAY TOUR”)
Second day: Having the village of Delphi as your base you can set off to explore the nearby towns, GALAXIDI, ITEA and ARACHOVA
- Early in the morning visit THOLOS and GYMNASIUM of DELPHI
- Explore GALAXIDI
- Walk around the town to admire the neoclassical architecture of the 19th century
- Maritime Museum
- Continue your day in ITEA
- Take some time to swim
- Try local delicacies (octopus, calamari and fresh fish) (optional)
- Scenic ARACHOVA, a favorite meeting point of ski lovers
- Stroll around the narrow alleys
- Taste the formaela (local cheese of protected designation of origin)
- Have a look of the colorful traditional carpets and embroidery
